AOC & Tradebe: A Partnership with Purpose
Shared Values, strengthened through partnership
In 2019, Aaron Oil Company became a wholly owned subsidiary of Tradebe Environmental Services, a global leader in sustainable waste management. The partnership merged AOC’s regional expertise with Tradebe’s national network and regulatory strength, expanding our ability to serve customers across the Southeastern U.S. and beyond.
This integration enables AOC to support qualifying hazardous waste streams by utilizing Tradebe’s processing infrastructure, including a dedicated 10-day hazardous waste storage facility at our Saraland, AL location.
Grounded in shared values such as innovation, sustainability, and regulatory excellence, AOC and Tradebe deliver a powerful combination of local service and global capability to help businesses navigate complex environmental challenges with confidence.

Our History
1981
Our CEO, Dan Cowart founded the company to supply used oil feedstock to Port City Oil Company, a Mobile, Alabama used oil processor.
1995
Expansion into industrial cleaning services and wastewater treatment.
2015 – 2019
Achieves CHWMEG audit certification, reinforcing compliance and operational excellence. Later, AOC is acquired by Tradebe Environmental Services, expanding national reach and capabilities.
2024
Present – AOC becomes an official distributor of Magido aqueous parts washers, offering a safe, efficient, and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional solvent-based cleaning systems and continues to innovate in waste management, compliance, and environmental responsibility.
